Customer Relationship Officer Job in Hyderabad at Aliens Group

Key Responsibilities:-

• Ensuring timely collections from existing as well as new customers.
• Monitoring relationships with existing customers and providing an effective sales funnel
• Optimizing existing customer database to reach out to prospective customers in future
• Developing innovative and novel techniques for attracting and onboarding new sets of customers
• Executing low-hanging collections.
• Providing assistance in flat shifts, loan shifts to the customers
• Be the SPOC for all the registrations, procedural work, and handovers to the specific
• customer and providing them with a warm onboarding experience
• Ensuring hassle-free cancellations across the board and products by assisting the customers in a time-bound manner
• Expanding customer outreach by successfully executing cross-selling initiatives- loyalty programs, up-selling, cross-selling, etc.

Qualification & Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market and property trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
