Customer Relationship Manager Job in Kanpur at E-spin Nanotech

Role & responsibilities:

• Prepare and send the quotations of relevant products/instruments.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
• Research and identify relevant tenders, analyze and submit tenders on both online (including GEM) and offline
• Coordinate and participate in tender presentations, negotiations, and contract finalization.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner in coordination with the with the technical team
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, track interactions, and generate reports to analyze customer behavior and trends
• Collaborate with the other departments to onboard new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and effective implementation of our products or services.
• Proactively engage with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
