Customer Relationship Manager Job in Gurugram at Wonderlab

1. Execution of end-to-end activities for the client.

2. Coordinate and facilitate the work of the entire team.

3. Oversee the achievement of marketing initiatives.

4. Increase the business through repeated customers.

5. Collect feedback, ensure timely execution of work along with zero complaints.

6. Prepare month end presentations.

7. Work briefing to CEO, as asked for.

Eligibility –

1. Graduate with 65% or above, preferably BBA.

2. Relevant work experience in similar role for minimum 1 year.

Skillsets Required -

1. A good team player having experience in working efficiently in teams.

2. A person having zeal and passion for creative works and to work in event management field.

3. A good communicator able to express in an articulate manner.
