Zucol is hiring for the role of Customer Relationship Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues.
• Onboarding technical assistance + DEMO for clients with technical support team.
• Assisting sales team in activation of branches.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns (technical support).
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive loyalty.
• Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to products and services.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights.
• Prepare regular reports on customer interactions and satisfaction metrics for management.
• Customer retention and upselling with additional Zucol products.
• Receiving, forwarding and ensuring closure of leads received through various modes through internal CRM.
• Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure their needs are met.
• Develop strategies to win back former customers and reduce churn.
