Frost & Sullivan is hiring for the role of Executive - Customer Relationship Management!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Understanding the nature of requests from clients and categorizing the priority of follow-up.
• Prospective contacts and accounts are to be researched and added to our CRM Database.
• Companies are researched on the basis of turnover and employee Size and update the database.
• Elimination of Duplicates from the current DB.
• Analyzing the client’s company for categorizing their primary business industry.
• Ability to validate inquiries from multiple databases.
• Follow up with the Sales team on the progress of the leads and support them with specific instructions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's in a relevant field
• 0-2 years of work experience is required
• Knowledge of MS Office. (Excel / PPT and Word)
• Good written and verbal communication
• Take ownership to work independently with remote supervision
