Customer Relationship Executive - Kerala Job in Kochi at Sharekhan Ltd

TO GUARANTEE:

• Responsible for segment business target achievement on all the parameters of brokerage generation, Activity, market share growth, segment upgrade of clients, Client Acquisition, new client revenue and cross selling of mutual funds,  InvesTiger, CFD, Loan against Shares, Education , Exchange Margin funding, IPO funding, Insurance and other products
• Responsible to manage a team of Relationship Managers/ Customer relationship Executives and drive targets and productivity of each team member as per the KRA KPI requirements
• Responsible to ensure proper servicing of clients, resolving client issues through concerned channels and ensuring client satisfaction so as to build and maintain client relationships and increase client affinity to Sharekhan
• Responsible to ensure adherance to HR, Conduct, compliance & Risk norms of the company by self and team
• Network and provide regular updates to all the stakeholders and meet all the reporting requirement for business performance and business efforts

TO CONTRIBUTE:

• To regularly conduct team meets and train and support  team to help them achieve their KPI and improve productivity
• To ensure that self and team clear the required certification for all the business and stay certified
