Snaxsmart is hiring for the role of Customer Relationship Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:
 
  • Maintain excellent relationships with all existing corporate customers.
  • Ensure that all customer grievances are handled and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
  • Cross-sell services to these corporate customers.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure customer complaints are reduced.
  • Handle new sales inquiries.
  • Adhere to the company’s given rules and regulations.
  • Manage incoming calls on the company helpline ensure redressal of complaints and respond to inquiries.
Requirements:
 
  • Minimum Educational  Qualifications: Degree additional MBA would be preferred though not a must
  • Must be a team player
  • A go-getter, who will do whatever it takes (only by fair means) to get the job done.
  • Should be able to travel around Bangalore and travel to Chennai or Hyderabad when required.
  • Pleasing personality
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to think out of the box
