Larsen & Toubro is hiring for the post of Customer Relationship Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and candidates, addressing their inquiries, providing information, and offering suggestions throughout the process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their job requirements, and matching them with suitable candidates from our talent pool
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of candidate profiles to clients, highlighting their skills and qualifications
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and candidates to gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to source and screen potential candidates, evaluating their suitability for specific job openings
• Maintain accurate records of client and candidate interactions, updates, and progress in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and client requirements to provide valuable insights to the team

Requirements:

• Any Bachelor's degree
• Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the recruitment or placement industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and candidates
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple client and candidate requirements simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in maintaining records and documentation
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
