Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Customer Interaction And Client Account Management
  • Handle incoming customer calls and respond to queries promptly and professionally.
  • Provide information about products, services, and order status.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
  • Engage with walk-in customers at the office, understand their needs, and provide assistance.
  • Handle account management of client via co-ordinating with in house team and the client, providing the best resolution.
• Administrative Support:
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Assist in processing orders and returns.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service, account management, client relation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software for managing inventory and customer information.
