Responsibilities:

• Initiate and develop a CRM System.
• Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the organization with a view to retaining existing customers.
• Preparing customer database and segmented them correctly for targeted marketing activities.
• Describes all the aspect of sales, marketing and service-related interactions that a company has with its customers or potential customers.
• Increasing brand loyalty and expanding the company brand.

Qualifications:

• MBA, Mechanical or Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in customer relationship management or a related field
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
• Experience in developing and implementing customer retention programs
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
