Customer Project Manager Job in Noida at Ericsson Telecommunications Company

Ericsson Company is hiring for the role of Customer Project Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Managing the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of projects being a lead in project executions after contract signing and a key participant in team and internal client meetings.
• Reviewing high-level delivery across projects and management of scope and mitigation of risk across projects.
• Analyzing business cases, bill rates, and utilization across projects.
• Identifying sales opportunities across projects.
• Possessing a detailed understanding of our service offerings, technical preferences, and technical direction
• Implementing engagement review and quality assurance procedures in accordance with PROPS-C methodology to ensure profitable and successful execution of goals and customer satisfaction.
• Reporting the project progress and activities to the Steering group and relevant Stakeholders!

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years shown experience in Project Management
• Practical knowledge gained in IT/Telecom Project Management as an asset
• Experience with Project Management tools and applications
• Valid certification of CAPM or IPMA-C (or higher) or PRINCE2 Practitioner or ITIL is an added advantage
• Delivering results and meeting Customer Expectations along with good proficiency in the English Language
