Atlys is hiring for the role of Customer Operations Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Core Operations: Get trained on our visa systems, support real customer journeys, and manage backend ops that keep things running.
• Cross-Functional Learning: While you’ll primarily work within one key function - Fulfilment, Guest Delight, Sales, or Customer Experience - you’ll also have the chance to learn from and contribute to others, giving you a 360° view of how Atlys operates.
• Tooling & Automation: Use internal tools to track escalations, spot inefficiencies, and suggest automation to reduce manual work.
• Capstone Project: Solve a real business problem and present your solution to the leadership team. Many past projects have been implemented.

Requirements:

• Final-year student or recent graduate looking for an in-office, high-intensity fellowship.
• Fast learner who’s comfortable dealing with ambiguity and real-world challenges.
• Strong communicator with a bias for action and ownership.
• Curious about fulfilment, sales, customer experience, or guest delight.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments and doesn’t wait to be told what to do.
• Open to candidates from all academic backgrounds : engineering, arts, commerce, sciences, and more.
