Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Lead diagnostic assessments and provide strategic recommendations for FS clients.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and team members to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Work closely with CXOs, business heads, and operations teams to deliver solutions.
• Drive business strategy, digital transformation, and customer experience optimization.
• Support product innovation for retail & corporate lending, microfinance, and fintech collaborations.
• Identify and adopt new technologies (e.g., loan origination systems).

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of Indian FS ecosystem (banks & NBFCs).
• Prior experience in consulting (Financial Services preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
• Ability to lead, collaborate, and manage multiple priorities.
• Self-starter and team player mindset.
