Aliens Tattoo is hiring for the role of Customer Experience Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Make Calls to connect with leads in real time
• Reply to Direct Chats to connect with them in real-time
• Maintain and follow Sales processes and SOPs
• Handle inquiries through Inbound Calls & Chat
• Build High-quality relationships with Prospects, Customers, and teams
• Maintain CRM database
• Gather leads and customer information and update in CRM
• Work with team to reach goals
• Should be able to work late or come early if the work assigned is not completed
• Provide correct recommendations, and information to the leads and customers
• Participation in Team-building activities and HR events
• Lead Management
• Lead Mining
• Achieve Target
• Coordinate with teams and ensure that the customer experience is not hampered

Requirements:

• Minimum High School completed
• Graduate preferred
• 1+ Sales & Customer Service Experience
• Good Communication skills written and verbal. Persuasive speaking skills
• Thorough understanding of prospecting and negotiation techniques
• Self-control and Self-motivated
• Empathy, Adaptability, Attentiveness, Patience & Ability to use Positive language
• Effective Listening & Time management skills
• Willingness to Improve & ability to admit when you don’t have an answer or when you are wrong, Ability to receive feedback
