Honeywell is hiring for the role of Customer Experience Professional!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Enter and validate AOG orders accurately in SAP HANA within defined turnaround times.
  • Utilize SFDC CRM to manage customer cases, track updates, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain 100% accuracy while processing high‑priority AOG orders from receipt until shipment.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Planning, Sourcing, Logistics, Customer Support) to eliminate delays and ensure fastest possible order fulfillment.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via email and phone, ensuring seamless communication throughout the order lifecycle.
  • Proactively contact customers for missing or unclear information to avoid processing delays.
  • Demonstrate a customer‑obsessed mindset, ensuring every interaction reflects urgency and ownership.
  • Work efficiently under pressure in a fast‑paced, critical operations environment.
  • Prioritize AOG orders effectively in situations involving multiple simultaneous customer demands.
  • Ensure complete documentation, compliance, and audit readiness for all processed orders.
  • Monitor order progress until shipment and ensure customers are informed of status updates.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to error‑free order entry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage strict deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Professional resilience to handle urgent customer needs in high‑stress aviation settings.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Experience in the aviation industry or familiarity with aircraft parts and AOG processes.
  • Hands‑on knowledge of order management systems and CRM tools (preferably SFDC).
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple AOG inquiries concurrently without sacrificing accuracy.
  • Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities to navigate complex or urgent scenarios.
  • A proactive, ownership‑driven mindset with a passion for supporting mission‑critical operations.
