Bajaj Auto Ltd. is hiring for the role of Customer Experience Manager!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Step up the firsthand Experience for BAL Customers.
- Provide Product and Technical Content Development and Training.
- Do Effective Review and Monitoring of Call Centre KPIs such as abandoned calls, IVR Drops, Call Quality etc.
- Connect to Irate customers / HO Escalations for amicable resolution of customer complaints.
- Prepare complaint closure draft with RCA for various internal stakeholders.
- Ensure TAT of Response & Resolution with the Field Team.
- Ensure 100% Complaint RCA by the Field Team.
- Resolve day-to-day issues of Field Team Mapping, Incorrect Assignments, Invalid & Duplicate Complaint marking, Closure with Notifications etc.
- Prepare Quarterly Business Review Docket.
- Develop Process SOPs, Benchmarking of Best Practices, and Commercial Documents for Business Operations.
