ExlisuiveLane is hiring for the role of Customer Experience Lead!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Will be solely responsible for handling all the customer queries for ExclusiveLane.com & other marketplaces.
- Strategizing & implementing the processes with different departments to enhance the customer experience.
- Taking customer feedbacks post sales & escalating the relevant feedback to the concerned teams.
- Regular follow-ups with the customers for any pending issue, delayed dispatch of the product or delayed delivery.
- Weekly report generation & compilation of the customer queries with suggested improvements.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any stream.
- Strong communication skills – both written & oral.
- 0-2 years (Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply)
