Licious is hiring for the role of Customer Experience Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Welcomes and connects and provides excellent customer service to all customers.
  • Discover customer needs and appropriately suggests products with every customer to enhance service.
  • Responds to customers’ needs and says thank you to every customer.
  • Has “customer comes first attitude” and “Just Say Yes” behavior and should be able to handle customer grievances.
  • Follows Licious Standard Operational Procedures along with those for cash handling, cooking/serving standards, display, safety, and security for all Licians and its patrons.
  • Maintains calm demeanour and being organized during high volume times or unusual events.
  • Maintains a clean and organized workspace so the fellow Licians can locate resources and products as and when required.
  • Maintains regular attendance and punctuality and adheres to the shift roaster.
  • Assists with new Lician training by positively reinforcing successful performance and give encouraging coaching as needed.
  • Contributes to a positive team environment by recognizing the changes in fellow Licians behavior which might be signalling to a potential problems or changes in their morale and communicating these to their immediate supervisors. 

Requirements:

  • Have minimum HSC completed / Hotel management graduate, diploma holders.
  • Have experience preferred in retail, QSR or any leading service brands.
  • Have Strong attention to detail, Punctual, works well under pressure, ability to multitask, strong communication skills, good learner, customer centric.
  • Are Cheerful warm and exuberant, friendly, social, and affable, passionate foodie with a customer centric mindset.
