Slice is hiring for the role of Customer Experience Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound inquiries through phone, email, chat, and social media, offering clear, timely, and accurate information about products and services.
  • Problem Resolution: Efficiently resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring a positive and satisfying outcome.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong, personalized connections with customers to provide an engaging and positive experience.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze customer feedback through surveys, direct communication, and reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist customers in getting started with Slice’s services, guiding them through setup and ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Collaboration: Work with other teams (sales, operations, collections) to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues to track complaints and resolutions.
  • Service Improvement: Identify trends and work with management to improve customer service processes.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about Slice’s products, services, and policies to provide the best customer support.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all interactions maintain a high standard of professionalism, empathy, and respect.
  • Follow-Up: Ensure issues are fully resolved, with follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communication, or related field.
  • Proven background in customer service or support, ideally within fintech or financial services.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving abilities, empathy, patience, and attention to detail.
  • Experience with customer support platforms (Freshdesk) and CRM systems.
  • Ability to collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent service.
