About this Job

Responsibilities

  • Manage entire lifecycle of your leads starting from pending to resolution

  • Talk to Customers for understanding their cases and do first level screening of the case

  • Follow up with the customers for required docs and info

  • Assign relevant cases to expert and understand the case solution from them

  • Derive Pattern out of the cases and become independent in deciding the fate of the case. For validation, the case will go to the experts.

  • Own the entire backend process of the case. Make complete and correct entry in backend.

  • Follow up and coordinate with team members to know the case status

  • Communicate with the customers on the case status and other aspects.

  • Achieve target no of registrations every month. This number will increase every month and would decide the incentives.

Note:

Salary – 25K to 30K Incentives
