About this Job
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and follow the process of on-boarding the right customer.
- Ensure operations delivery to meet clients expectations meeting all SLAs and KPIs
- Must have in-depth knowledge of Insurance products across – Life/Health/General Insurance
- Managing workflow and Case files of all on-boarded clients as an individual or as part of the back-end operations team
- Go-getter individual
- Adhere case-wise SLA Performance and targets
- Periodic interaction with Customer for both Internal and External stakeholders coordination
- Regularly work on periodic report generation and MIS related activities
