Merkle Sokrati is hiring for the role of Customer Evangelist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Singing Sokrati’s Product & Service Offering & understanding technology aspects of it on the back end
• Full responsibility for end-to-end customer engagement including business analysis, business solution architecting, managing scope and schedule, delivery & optimization, and client management.
• Creating customized & impactful presentations to showcase performance impact.
• Be the heart, mind, and voice of the client within Sokrati.
• Being on top of Industry Updates from a technology, competition & functionality perspective.
• Managing & prioritizing Prospects Pipeline – in line with monthly/quarterly/yearly goals.
• Deliver against assigned quarterly new customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.

Requirements:

• Have 1+ years of Client Management or client-facing experience (Digital Advertising/ Technology / Marketing Industry preferred)
• Are willing to work in the base city (Bhubaneswar, Odisha)
• Great Storyteller and an elegant negotiator
• Love Digital Marketing and everything around it
• Aggressive & Take Control
• Highly organized
• Most importantly, LOVE customers & strive for every inch of their satisfaction
