Ugaoo is hiring for the role of Customer Delight Executive!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Manage customer Pre-order, Post-Order, and Advice related concerns on a range of customer support channels (WhatsApp/Instagram/e-mails/Calls)
- Answer incoming customer phone calls and take appropriate action for each call/Escalate/Follow up with customer where necessary
- Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on explicit criteria set forth by the company
- Use company policies to determine if there can be an immediate resolution to a customer issue or if that issue requires managerial input
- Input data into the company computer platform to keep each customer record updated
- Strong problem-solving abilities along with Strong multitasking and time management/Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Provide comprehensive and accurate information on product features, order status, and provide post-sales handholding
- Address customer complaints with empathy and provide quick and effective resolution as per company policies. Will be responsible for ensuring customer happiness throughout the process of ordering
- Coordinate cross-functionally with internal departments to resolve customer grievances and special requests
- Ensure you’re there with the customer every step of the way
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance, including the daily schedule as assigned
- Flexible with the working schedule; may be expected to work weekends, holidays, and events.
