Kuku FM is hiring for the role of Customer Delight Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls, chat, and email channels.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
• Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
• Stay updated with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
• Utilize various tools and software to manage customer support efficiently.

Requirements: 

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam
• Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
• Comfortable with a blended process (phone calls, chat, and email support)
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems and other customer support tools
• Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred
• Ability to handle all types of users with patience and professionalism
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
