BMW is hiring for the role of Customer Data Analytics Support Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Support Customer Data Analytics at EP for interior and exterior vehicle functions such as seat adjustments, lighting, roof, and climate control
• Identify and determine relevant KPIs to measure and improve vehicle functions
• Analyze vehicle-generated data stored in AWS using SQL, Python, and Quicksight
• Summarize and visualize analysis results in clear, impactful PowerPoint presentations
• Develop custom-tailored insights and answers to specific questions to maximize benefits for BMW
• Work in a collaborative environment with a focus on data-driven decision making
• Gain hands-on experience with advanced data analytics tools and techniques in a global automotive context

Requirements:

• Passion for data analytics and statistics
• Analytical mindset with a focus on deriving insights from complex data
• Proactive and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services)
• Proficiency in SQL (Structured Query Language)
• Knowledge of Python for data analysis and scripting
• Good command of MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint
• High-level English skills, ideally with international experience and good pronunciation
• Familiarity with Quicksight or other data visualization tools
• Experience with statistical analysis and modeling
• Knowledge of vehicle functions and KPIs in automotive context
• Understanding of data privacy and security considerations in data analytics
