Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work directly with clients to ensure press releases reach their target audience.
• Support clients in achieving their corporate objectives through strategic distribution
• Dedicated to helping clients succeed through a broad range of communications solutions
• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the distribution process.
• Act as product experts and strategists to align services with client communication needs
• Provide recommendations on content best practices.
• Help improve client engagement and visibility through optimized content.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in content creation, customer service, or related field required
• Attention to detail and experience with proofreading
• Team player who is self-driven to exceed core metrics and department goals
• Someone looking to work collaboratively with others
• An individual with a passion for customer service who finds fulfillment in helping others
• A professional with a proven ability to master a product portfolio and position solutions to customers to impact revenue generation
• Knowledge of SEO and content best practices desired
• Expertise in PowerPoint, Canva, and public speaking a plus
• Excellent customer service and communication skills (service industry background a bonus)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Web applications (along with basic keyboarding skills)
• College degree is preferred (B.A. in Communications, Public Relations, English, or related field a plus)
