Customer Care Trainee Job in Noida at Monotype

Monotype is hiring for the role of Customer Care Trainee!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Resolve purchase and billing issues.  Purchases may be made by credit card, PayPal, or invoice.
• Work with corporate customers, stakeholders in establishing invoice accounts, processing purchase orders, and invoicing.
• Engage during client onboarding, from SSO setup to enterprise integration.
• Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to implement API workflows.
• Communicate with the development team, finance team regarding common customer questions. Work with other departments to maintain product integrity. Escalate support and feature enhancement requests as needed.
• Conduct UAT, document and contribute to product briefs, internal tools.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Windows and Mac.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure: Cloudflare, AWS console, IAM- Identity and Access management.
• Mongo DB and MySQL, HTML5 and CSS.
• Basic knowledge of Windows and Mac text applications (MSOffice, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.).
• Good written and verbal communication skills (English).
