NCR Corporation is hiring for the role of Customer Care Representative! 

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to OTC support calls.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints timely.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Taking prompt action on customer queries & incidents as per standard process.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints as per the standard process
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Ensure to follow all compliances related to workflow.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Requirements:

• Any Graduate / Post Graduate or any certification related to the technical field
• Good communication skills - English and Hindi is a MUST (Tamil will be an added advantage)
• Experience in OTC will add more value.
• Understanding various MS & vendor operations,  ATM & recyclers error codes will be an added advantage.
• Ready to work in shifts (Morning / Afternoon / Night incl. Weekends)
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Good organizational skills and ability to work well independently and within the team
• Should be able to interact with Bank and service providers.
• Analytical skills on chronical events.
