Customer Care Officer (Tele caller) Job in Jaipur at Sk Finance Limited

Job Responsibility:

• Performing Customer Inbound and Outbound calls through diallers
• Empathize with Customers and understand their queries, requests & complaints, accordingly providing resolutions for the same
• Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate growth as per customer feedback provided
• Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
• Generation of Referral leads
• Provide best in class service to our customers
• Looking for bilingual candidate proficient in English, Hindi,Punjabi,Kannad,Gujrati.

Job Requirements:

• Graduation or equivalent.
• Knowledge of computer programs like Excel and telephone systems.
• Ability to change the communication style on unusual events.
• Excellent interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to understand the issues & resolve it.
