Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone calls, emails, live chat, and social media platforms.
• Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, complaints, or technical problems effectively. 
• Process customer orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery. 
• Acquire a deep understanding of our products and services to provide comprehensive and accurate information to customers. 
• Gather feedback from customers to understand their needs, concerns, and preferences.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services to customers based on their requirements, ensuring maximum customer value and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and detailed customer records, including interactions, inquiries, and resolutions, using CRM software or any other designated systems.
• Focus on building strong customer relationships and ensuring customer loyalty.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales, Marketing, and Technical Support, to address customer needs efficiently and ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets, including response time, customer satisfaction ratings, and sales quotas.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a courteous and professional demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer situations with empathy and patience.
• Proficient in using computer systems and navigating various software applications, including CRM tools.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer data and order information.
• Adaptability to changing processes and procedures and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills.
