Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Managing Customer Inquiries:
- Addressing customer questions through various channels (phone, email, chat, social media) and providing prompt and accurate information.
- Resolving Complaints
- Addressing and resolving customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Building Customer Relationships:
- Nurturing relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and fostering loyalty.
- Providing Product/Service Information
- Offering detailed information about products and services, helping customers understand their options.
- Processing Orders
- Handling customer orders and ensuring they are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Tracking Customer Interactions
- Maintaining records of interactions in a CRM system.
- Team Management (if applicable)
- Supervising a team of customer service representatives, ensuring their training and performance.
