Ayurveda Jiva is hiring for the role of Customer Care Executive!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Take Incoming calls from customers and capture important details in the system.
- Understand the customer's query and provide a resolution.
- Assist with documenting accurately.
- Do outbound calls to customers attending to their queries and helping them take consultations with doctors.
Requirements:
- Good verbal and written communication skills (No MTI Issue)
- Good in customer dealing (Know about Customer Service, Online Shopping Portals)
- Knowledge of Computer, Basic Typing
- Good Interpersonal Skills (Positive attitude, Negotiation Skills)
- Sales driven (Know basic selling skills on call)
- Listening skills
- Awareness of digital payment platforms
