• Handling customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
• Managing and updating customer accounts and records
• Assisting in product or service inquiries and sales
• Coordinating with other departments to resolve customer issues
• Participating in training sessions to improve customer service skills
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
