  • Ensure achievement of monthly and annual targets for business growth.

5. Team Management & Financial Skills:

  • Oversee and manage the performance of the team, ensuring team targets and KPIs are met.
  • Demonstrate strong financial and numerical skills to assess and present appropriate financial products.

6. Business Development:

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.

7. Client Satisfaction & Grievance Resolution:

  • Address customer grievances and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and high levels of retention.

8. Multitasking & Deadline Management:

  • Handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, ensuring seamless execution of tasks.

9. Networking & Client Relations:

  • Leverage an existing network of references to acquire new clients.
  • Understand client needs and offer financial solutions accordingly.

10. Conflict Resolution & Upselling:

  • Resolve conflicts and advise clients based on their needs and preferences.
  • Upsell products and follow up with existing clients to enhance sales performance.

Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria:

  • Educational Qualification: Graduates / Post Graduates / MBA / Masters in any field.
  • Experience: Both Experienced and Fresher candidates can apply.
  • Skills: Strong communication, resilience, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Location: Mumbai (Candidates from nearby locations preferred).
