Customer Advocate Senior Associate - Account Recovery Job in Hyderabad at Google Operations Center

GOC is hiring for the role of Customer Advocate Senior Associate - Account Recovery!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Performing call/email support to the customers in line with the processes/procedures defined
• Ensuring delivery of the best of skills and wills in the Operations
• Work in accordance with the Team Leads and highlight any shortcomings in the processes
• Identifying and implementing process improvement
• Good presentation skills 
• Good attention to detail , work ethic , high integrity with the ability to work well both independently and with the context of a larger environment 
• Should be able to work in 24/7 environment
• Basic knowledge on google accounts and google products 

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written English language skills
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, or must have reached college level with at least 2 years of prior work experience in a BPO and/or captive service organizations
• Should have worked in a process driven environment and has the ability to effectively multi task and work independently
• Knowledge of International call / Email handling and evaluating skill
• Very good MS PowerPoint and MS Excel skills.
• Amenable to work on shifting schedules (e.g early morning and late night)to support different global locations
• Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks and balance workload effectively against deadlines
