Newton School is hiring for the role of Curriculum Lead!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work with multiple teams across functionality and work as academic counsellor to best achieve student's pedagogical intent
• Create awesome teaching experience from fundamentals to practical oriented to finally outcome oriented education across variety of students and variety of courses.
• Setup processes and Implement new ideas on generating and consuming technical content required for all the stakeholders (Students, Instructors, Mentors and Teaching Assistance)

Requirements:

• Must have handled large teams across multiple functions and executed processes over the years.
• Has really good fundamental understanding of the tech world, tech systems and coding essentials.
• Hands-on working experience on either of the tech stack - React, DevOps, Node etc.
• Have hands on coding experience and designed systems using Tech-stacks.
• Good to have 2 years of teaching experience in either any online education platform or in any recognised university of institute
• Have good inter-personal skills and can communicate thoroughly with confidence across multiple teams
• Business Oriented mindset along with Student's empathy driven attitude
• Take Responsibility of overall tech content creation team and their processes
• Handle and prioritise blockers regarding content creation and generation
