Current Account - Relationship Manager Job in Jaipur at AU SMALL Finance BANK

Key Responsibilities:

New Client Acquisition:

• Identify and onboard new current account customers (SMEs, startups, professionals, traders, etc.)
• Generate leads through cold calls, networking, referrals, and field visits

Relationship Management:

• Maintain and grow existing client relationships
• Ensure regular engagement to understand client needs and offer relevant banking solutions

Cross-Selling & Revenue Growth:

• Promote and cross-sell business banking products (e.g., payment solutions, POS, forex, term deposits, loans, etc.)
• Drive CASA balances and transaction volume growth

Compliance & Risk Management:

• Ensure KYC/AML compliance and documentation accuracy
• Monitor account activity for risk flags or unusual transactions

Customer Service:

• Act as a single point of contact for clients for any banking requirements
• Resolve queries and issues promptly

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Sales & negotiation skills
