NTT Data is hiring for the role of Cross Technology Managed Services Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Monitor client infrastructure and solutions to ensure operational efficiency.
• Identify and address problems proactively before or as they occur.
• Investigate first-line incidents, identifying root causes of incidents and problems.
• Provide telephonic or chat support to clients as needed.
• Schedule maintenance activities for patching and configuration changes.
• Follow handover procedures for shift changes to maintain service continuity.
• Report and escalate incidents when necessary.
• Ensure efficient resolution of incidents and service requests.
• Update existing knowledge articles or create new documentation.
• Identify opportunities for work optimization and process improvements.
• Support project work and assist in Disaster Recovery functions and tests as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing.
• Entry-level experience in troubleshooting and support in security, network, or data center administration.
• Basic knowledge of management agents, redundancy concepts, and ITIL processes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across different cultures.
• Ability to maintain a positive outlook and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, Microsoft Azure, AWS) are desirable.
