Harbisonwalker International is hiring for the role of CRM Administrator!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Oversee all aspects of user and licence management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups across APAC & EMEA.
• Configure and maintain the CRM system, including adding new users, troubleshooting issues, and implementing updates and upgrades.
• Support in successfully implementing fresh instances of Salesforce across APAC & EMEA.
• Ensure smooth onboarding of users to the new salesforce instance globally.
• Track & monitor the adoption rate on a regular basis and update the management.
• Resolve user support tickets.
• Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders.
• Ensure a good adoption rate across APAC & EMEA.
• Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights on customer behaviour and engagement.
• Support team members and monitor user adoption of Salesforce tools in our organisation.
• Provide ongoing user training and create training materials as needed.
• Design, operate, and integrate Salesforce systems to enable efficiencies in key areas of the business.
• Provide coaching in best practices for Salesforce administration and implementation to enhance user experience.
• Use Salesforce automation to streamline internal processes.
• Manage multiple stakeholder engagements and work with relevant team members to learn project requirements, facilitate process analysis sessions, and develop technology solutions.
• Identify project issues and risks, and present alternatives for alleviating or resolving them.

Requirements:

• Three or more years of experience with technical implementations 
• Advanced experience with Salesforce configurations
• Background in CRM process design and implementation
• Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification
• Experience with enterprise integration tools and ETL (extract, transform, load) tools
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with minimum 3 years of experience
  • Experience with enterprise integration tools and ETL (extract, transform, load) tools
  • Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification
  • Excellent presentation & excel skills
  • Experience with CRM software esp. Salesforce as a system administrator
