Akasa Air is hiring for the role of Crew Roster Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Create daily, weekly, or monthly crew rosters based on operational needs.
• Assign pilots, flight attendants, ground crew, or drivers according to qualifications, seniority, and regulations.
• Ensure schedules comply with labor laws, company policies, union agreements, and aviation or transport regulations (like FAA, DGCA, EASA, depending on region).
• Track duty times, rest periods, and training certifications to avoid violations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory).
• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
• Familiarity with crew scheduling software and MS Office (especially Excel).
• Ability to learn airline or transportation-specific management systems quickly.
• Basic understanding of regulations affecting crew scheduling (e.g., Flight Duty Time Limitations for airlines).
