• Guide customers on loan eligibility, documentation, interest rates, and repayment options.
• Collect and verify customer documents as per KYC and credit norms.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for quick approval and disbursement.
• Ensure proper valuation and verification of used vehicles.
• Maintain strong relationships with car dealers and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
• Monitor loan portfolio to ensure minimal delinquency and follow up for timely repayments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
