About this Job
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate business for Group Loan and Personal Loan sales.
- Identify and acquire new customers in the field.
- Guide customers through the loan application and documentation process.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and achieve business targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: 6 months to 5 years in BFSI / Loan Sales / Field Sales.
- Education: Undergraduates and Graduates can apply.
- Freshers: Not eligible; documented experience with release letter required.
- Credit Profile: Good CIBIL score with no overdue.
