Credit Trainee officer Job in Gorakhpur at Confidential

A Trainee Credit Officer role is to collect debts on behalf of Utkarsh Small Finance Bank. They

work with delinquent accounts to recover payments from debtors especially group loans from

villages and SLA Loan disbursement to Different groups.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Must visit a radius of 200Km within the given Branch.

• Evaluating past due accounts

Ensuring that the delinquency rate of assigned accounts is kept at an acceptable level 

• Visiting the field for collection

Negotiating with clients to get full or partial settlements on past due accounts 

• Following legal processes

Taking legal action against borrowers if necessary to collect the amount owed 

• Coordinating with specialists

Working with collection specialists to negotiate positive accounts during field visits 

• Ensuring professionalism

Handling accounts with professionalism and ensuring they are handled properly 

Key Competencies and Skills

• Love for sales

• The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.

• Must have Bike and Driving License

Education and Experience

• Graduate fresher or Undergrad

• Having Field experience is an add on advantage

Salary And Perk
