Credit Officer Job in Jaipur at Truhome Finance Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate loan applications by analyzing financial statements, credit reports, collateral, and cash flows.
• Assess creditworthiness of individuals or businesses using established guidelines and risk models.
• Prepare detailed credit appraisal reports and make recommendations to the Credit Committee.
• Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Monitor the performance of the loan portfolio and proactively identify early warning signals.
• Maintain accurate records of credit approvals, denials, and modifications.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and Sales teams to structure appropriate credit solutions.
• Conduct periodic reviews and renewals of existing credit facilities.
• Assist in the recovery of delinquent accounts in coordination with the collections team.
• Provide insights and feedback to improve credit policy and risk assessment processes.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and financial analysis skills.
• Good understanding of credit risk models and lending regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with credit assessment software is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
