Credit Manager Job in Sirsa at DMI Housing Finance

Responsibilities:

• Assess and analyze loan applications (Retail/SME/Corporate) based on financials, credit reports, and risk parameters
• Conduct detailed credit appraisal, including income analysis, banking behavior, and repayment capacity
• Approve or recommend loan proposals within delegated authority limits
• Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify early warning signals
• Maintain strong coordination with sales and operations teams for smooth processing
• Review and update credit policies based on market trends and risk appetite
• Manage delinquency levels and support collections strategy when required
• Conduct field visits and personal discussions with clients (if applicable)
• Prepare credit notes, risk assessment reports, and MIS

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and financial assessment skills
• Knowledge of credit underwriting and risk management
• Familiarity with CIBIL and other credit bureau reports
• Good understanding of loan products (Home Loans, LAP, Business Loans, etc.)
• Attention to detail and decision-making ability
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
