ICICI Bank is hiring for the role of Credit Manager!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Drive the 360-degree assessment of the customers holistically and to capture the customers' banking needs over and beyond credit requirements.
- Ensure best-in-class customer experience in all the engagementsEnsure that the credit underwriting process is within established guardrails.
- Continuous monitoring of loan utilisation, repayment capacity, loan covenants, and compliance. Process credit appraisal notes within the defined financial limit in line with the Bank’s framework.
- Management of the assigned portfolio through improved disbursement, with a key focus on quality and governance framework
- Work closely with teams across businesses, legal, technical valuation, field investigation, risk management, and other internal teams.
Requirements:
- Chartered Accountants(CAs) and MBAs from top colleges with minimum 1 year experience
