IDFC First Bank is hiring for the role of Credit Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Credit appraisal of loan application within defined guidelines and accordingly take decision, recommend for approval to higher authorities.
• To convey a clear opinion/ Highlight Critical risks along with suitable mitigates if any, regarding the acceptability of the proposed transactions covering business model, industry risk, structure, bank conduct and financial risk.
• Awareness of the product proposed suitability to client requirement.
• Conduct personal discussion with customers.
• Control and contain front-end delinquencies by calling up customer on first presentation.
• Completion of credit/KYC documents and verification- telephonic, field & collateral visits.
• Coordinate with sales to achieve targets and ensure SLAs are met.
• Ensuring credit policy adherence to the accepted standards.
• Portfolio Monitoring: 
• Timely Renewal
• Deferral Management
• EWS Management
• Customer visits on key customers and high value relationship.

Requirements:

• Graduation: Any
• Post-graduation: MBA, PGDM
• Professional Qualification/Certification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience.
