Kotak Mahindra is hiring for the role of Credit Manager!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Evaluate the creditworthiness of various customers applying for car loans, within the prescribed TAT and deciding on the right risk mix for the particular customer
- Get involved in portfolio management which includes understanding the market and monitoring the portfolio
- Launch products based on the market peculiarities will facilitate business, with adequate mitigants for risk
- Monitor delinquency parameters through constant interactions with the collections team, analyzing trends, and suggesting learnings out of the same
Requirements:
- Qualifications: CA or MBA with specialization in Finance
- Up to two years of work experience
- Knowledge of the location/area is an essential criterion
- Well-versed in the local language apart from Hindi and English
- Good knowledge of interpreting financial trends
