HP is hiring for the role of Credit & Collections Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assess customers’ financial condition using credit scores to determine credit limits and risk ratings.
• Analyze fraud detection system outputs and provide recommendations for potential investigations.
• Engage with credit card companies to efficiently manage chargebacks.
• Negotiate initial payments with customers and sales personnel to facilitate purchases beyond credit limits.
• Investigate delinquencies in customer receivables and determine effective communication strategies for payment recovery.
• Resolve disputes on overdue payments through negotiation, ensuring timely collections.
• Identify non-payment trends and collaborate with internal teams to address issues.
• Conduct research and data analysis to support projects, providing regular updates on progress and challenges.
• Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and communicate findings through standardized reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 0-2 years of experience, preferably in collections, credit, banking, or a related field.
