Zeta is hiring for the role of Associate!
Responsibilities of the Candidates:
- Zeta is in agreement with HDFC bank to launch a credit card on Zeta Platform. Zeta team would manage the credit card operations on behalf of HDFC Bank. We are looking for candidates who have relevant experience and are ready to work in a challenging and ever-evolving environment.
- Handing dispute and fraud cases on regular basis
- Settlement and reconciliation on credit card transactions
- Operations Management
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Keep customer needs at the forefront of priorities and take relevant action
- MS excel / Google sheet knowledge would be preferred.
- Graduate with 1 to 3 yrs of experience in Operations / Servicing
- Relevant experience in Fintech/Banking domain, more specifically in credit card operations
